These Terms of Service apply to the Sage Blueprints website and to digital products published and sold under the Sage Blueprints name.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Sage Blueprints digital product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational and Informational Purposes

Sage Blueprints provides educational and informational digital products.

The website and products are intended to provide general information and practical guidance. They do not provide individualized medical, legal, tax, investment, financial, insurance, or other professional advice.

Where a decision requires professional advice appropriate to your individual circumstances, you are responsible for obtaining that advice from a suitably qualified professional.

Travel involves uncertainty and risk.

Information relating to destinations, safety, healthcare, prices, transport, accommodation, entry requirements, accessibility, weather, local services, and other travel conditions can change.

Before making bookings or traveling, customers should independently verify important information using appropriate current sources, including official government advisories, airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators, healthcare providers, and relevant authorities.

Sage Blueprints does not act as a travel agent or tour operator and does not control or guarantee the services of airlines, hotels, booking platforms, transport operators, tour companies, or other third parties mentioned in its products.

You are responsible for deciding whether any information, destination, itinerary, activity, product, or suggestion is suitable for your own circumstances.

Purchasing a Sage Blueprints digital product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and print the product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Digital-product purchases are processed through Creem.io, which acts as Merchant of Record for Sage Blueprints transactions.

Product prices and the contents of each offer are displayed on the relevant product page and during checkout.

Any optional add-on or bundle selected by the customer should be reflected in the total price shown before payment is completed.

7. Digital Delivery

Sage Blueprints products are digital products.

Access and delivery are provided electronically following successful payment, normally through Creem.io’s digital-delivery system.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining access to the email account used for purchase.

8. Refunds

Sage Blueprints currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its paid digital guides unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

When a refund has been issued, the customer’s license to continue using the refunded product ends, and downloaded copies should be deleted.

Sage Blueprints products may refer or link to third-party businesses, websites, services, accommodation providers, transport services, applications, or other external resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sage Blueprints does not control, operate, endorse, or guarantee those third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, performance, policies, or actions.

10. No Guarantee of Particular Results

Sage Blueprints aims to provide useful research and practical guidance, but individual circumstances and outcomes vary.

Purchasing or using a Sage Blueprints product does not guarantee a particular travel experience, financial result, personal outcome, cost saving, level of safety, or other specific result.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sage Blueprints is not responsible for losses, injuries, disruptions, expenses, or other consequences arising from decisions made by a customer, changing conditions, or the actions or failures of third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Sage Blueprints website, digital products, or your use of those products are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Sage Blueprints products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.

Purchases made through Creem.io are also subject to Creem.io’s applicable Buyer Terms as Merchant of Record.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction and that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time as Sage Blueprints products, services, or business arrangements change.
